If you purchase an item that is eligible for cancellation, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of the purchase date or the date the item became available.
If the item is a subscription product and has already been fully, partially, or temporarily used at the time of the cancellation request, then it is not eligible for cancellation.
If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of their legal guardian, the minor or their guardian may request a cancellation.
Please note: Cancellations are not allowed if the purchase was made with funds that the guardian had authorized the minor to use, or if the purchase was made through fraudulent means.
