If you were unable to connect the game with your Facebook account, please check if you have a stable network connection.

1. Turn off your device completely and turn it back on.
2. Game update: go to the Google Market (Android) or Appstore (iOS) and check if the game is up to date.
3. Delete and reinstall the Facebook app.
4. Try again to connect the game with your Facebook account.
a) If you have the Facebook app installed in your device, please logout.
b) If you are logged in to Facebook through a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc,) please logout on

all of them.
c) Turn off your device completely and turn it back on.
d) Run the game and try connecting the game with your Facebook account.
