You can play on multiple devices but only your most recent game data will be saved.
You can do so by connecting the game with your Facebook account.
If you play as a Guest, playing on multiple devices is impossible.
Please note that if you are trying to access the game on multiple devices simultaneously, only the device used most recently will work. Any devices used previously to access data from prior games will trigger a game error message and your session will force close. Make sure you are not using multiple devices simultaneously.
