After checking your network connection and you still do not see the Item, please turn off your device completely and turn it back on and check if you received the Item you purchased.

1. Name of Item that you purchased:
2. Time and date of purchase:
3. A screenshot of the Google Play payment receipt of your purchase or the receipt number
