If you cannot see the Item you purchased in the game, first of all please check if you have a stable network connection.
After checking your network connection and you still do not see the Item, please turn off your device completely and turn it back on and check if you received the Item you purchased.
If you still cannot see the Item in the game, all in-app purchases made through an iOS device is controlled by Apple so please contact the iTunes Customer Service Center to proceed with a refund.
