Matching Apple Bombs with same colored blocks, or blowing up an Item, will generate a new Apple Item.
The generated Apple helps the player by supplying additional turns.
But, if the Apple Bomb is not removed within the turn limit indicated on the Apple Bomb, an Item that reduces your turns left is generated.
